Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking your Jeep Safari is simple. Here's how it works:

The displayed package price applies to the complete private Jeep for the standard 8-person group.

If your group has fewer than 8 people, please contact us for a customized package based on your group size and requirements.

A booking is considered confirmed once:

• Package availability has been confirmed by our team
• The required payment has been received
• The booking has been confirmed by Jeep Safari Mankulam

Once the booking is confirmed, the selected Jeep Safari slot is reserved for your group.

In the event that Jeep Safari Mankulam cancels a confirmed booking, the amount paid by the guest will be refunded.

Cancellation may occur due to circumstances affecting the operation or the safety and feasibility of the planned safari.

Mankulam is a natural destination, and weather and local conditions can change. Heavy rain, water levels, road conditions or other local circumstances may affect particular routes or attractions.

If a planned route or attraction becomes unsuitable, our local team may modify the itinerary and replace affected locations with suitable alternatives.

The exact route or attractions covered depend on the selected package and actual operating conditions.

If local conditions make a particular route unsuitable, the team may adjust the route accordingly.

Such adjustments do not automatically constitute a cancellation by Jeep Safari Mankulam.

Customized packages may include combinations such as:

• Jeep Safari
• Stay
• Trekking
• Camping
• Anakulam Experience
• Other activities

Customized packages are discussed and confirmed individually based on:

• Group size
• Travel date
• Accommodation availability
• Selected activities
• Duration
• Operational conditions

Cancellation and payment terms for customized packages may be communicated separately before confirmation.

Our standard pickup and drop-off point is Mankulam, Idukki, Kerala. Additional pickup points can be arranged at the following locations:

Additional charges apply for pickup outside Mankulam. Pickup arrangements should be confirmed with our team before booking.

Any applicable entry fees or passes are paid separately by the guest.

Once payment is made and the booking is confirmed, the booking is subject to the cancellation terms stated on this page.
